As if the ash cloud and the cabin crew strike aren't bad enough, then BA publish their own inhouse magazine, and feature on their front cover, someone carrying a boarding card with the name Bin Laden/Osama.......

Well done to whoever works in the graphics department for this excellent piece of work which has offended most of your diminishing client base in the middle and far east, and also upset the USA. Not a bad couple of weeks work for Willie Walsh.
